YT LOCKSMITH, as a corporate entity, is dedicated to delivering prompt, dependable, and transparent locksmith services through a structured membership program and clear pricing policies. The foundation of our service is built on professionalism, integrity, and customer-centered practices, ensuring that every member and customer experiences peace of mind and trust with every interaction. These Terms & Conditions outline the operational standards, member benefits, and limitations of our offerings.

Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers, members, technicians, Sub-contractors, and staff representing YT LOCKSMITH. They cover all service interactions, including emergency calls, on-site assistance, and communications through our online platforms.

Membership Program Terms
Members are entitled to four (4) free emergency services per year; Members can share up to (2) of those (4) with anybody in the area of service provided by the company by signing a consent only and within the limitations and boundaries set forth by the company. Covered emergencies include lockouts, lost or broken keys, and urgent lock repairs.
Membership’s car keys prices cannot be shared with anyone.
Replacing a registered car in a membership will be with an approval of the company only.
Each free service is subject to limitations, such as geographic coverage, response times, and service types. Details are available on our website and through customer service.
Additional emergency services beyond the annual limit are offered at reduced rates for members only.
Membership is non-transferable and subject to renewal and cancellation policies published online.
Car Key Service Terms
Members receive subsidized pricing for standard car key replacement and programming services, as well as flat rates for European car keys and related services.
All fees and flat rates are listed in our online price list, which is regularly updated for accuracy and transparency.
Non-members may access car key services at market rates; membership unlocks additional savings.
All car keys and car servicers provided by the company as a whole are subject to the technician on the field determining if job can be done, and are subject to additional charges( main reason is thew car shape and standard).
Online Pricing Transparency
Our price list for all services is available online for public viewing and updated as necessary.
Service fees, limitations, and conditions are published clearly so clients can make informed choices.
Questions regarding pricing or service terms may be directed to our customer support team.
General Service Terms
Customers agree to these Terms & Conditions by engaging YT LOCKSMITH for any service.
Accurate information and safe access are required for all service calls.
YT LOCKSMITH is not liable for delays or limitations caused by factors outside our control, including extreme weather or inaccessible locations.
Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically; changes will be posted online.

Health and Safety

Technicians are required to wear proper safety gear and operate responsibly at all times.
Services will not be performed under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Hazards, injuries, or unsafe conditions should be reported promptly to management.
Technician will not perform work under unsafe area.
Use of Company Assets
Company vehicles, tools, and resources are for official business use only and must be maintained in good condition.
Unauthorized use, personal gain, or side jobs using company assets is prohibited.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
Client and security information must be protected and never disclosed or misused.
Compliance with all relevant data protection laws and company protocols is required.
Any suspected data breach should be reported immediately.
Conflict of Interest
Employees must avoid conflicts that compromise client trust or company objectives.
Secondary employment or business interests must be disclosed to management.
Gifts or gratuities that could influence professional judgement are not permitted.
Attendance & Service Quality
Punctuality for scheduled shifts and emergency callouts is required.
Accurate documentation for time worked and completed jobs is mandatory.
Technicians must clearly explain services and obtain client approval before starting any work.
Policy Enforcement
Violations of these Terms & Conditions may result in disciplinary action, including termination of membership or employment.
YT LOCKSMITH is committed to fair, consistent enforcement and due process for all clients and staff.
SMS Program Terms
Program description
YT Locksmith sends SMS messages to members about the status of their locksmith service requests. Specifically, members may receive: confirmations when a job is created, updates when a technician is assigned, en-route notifications, and appointment confirmations.
Members opt in to this SMS program during membership signup at /membership/signup by checking a clearly labeled consent box before submitting the signup form. We never send unsolicited marketing or promotional SMS, and we do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
What you may receive
Confirmation that your service request has been created
Notification when a technician is assigned to your job
Updates when your technician is en route, with an estimated arrival window
Appointment confirmations and reschedule notifications
One-time verification codes for account login are handled separately by Twilio Verify and are not part of this SMS program.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by service activity, typically 1–4 messages per service request. We do not send a recurring schedule of messages outside of an active service request.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. YT Locksmith is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
How to opt out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Once you reply STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive any further SMS messages from this program.
