SMS Communications Consent

By providing your mobile number during membership signup and checking the SMS consent box, you expressly consent to receive

service-related text messages from YT LOCKSMITH. These messages are transactional and are limited to:

- Service request confirmations

- Notifications when a technician is assigned to your job

- En-route updates from your technician

- Appointment confirmations and reschedule notifications

One-time verification codes for account sign-up and login are handled separately through Twilio Verify and are not part of our SMS marketing or notification program.

Message frequency varies by service activity, typically 1–4 messages per service request. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or service.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from us. Reply HELP for help, or contact our support team directly. Full details are in our SMS Policy.

YT LOCKSMITH does not send promotional or marketing SMS. We use SMS only for transactional service notifications described above.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of

personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Email Communications Consent

By providing your email address through our website, signup forms, invoices, customer portals, or direct communication channels, you

consent to receive emails from YT LOCKSMITH regarding our services. These may include:

- Welcome and onboarding messages

- Appointment confirmations and reminders

- Estimates, invoices, receipts, and payment reminders

- Service updates and customer support responses

- Follow-up communications regarding completed services

- Occasional promotional offers and product updates

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails, or by emailing

support@ytlocksmith.com. Transactional emails (invoices, appointment confirmations, account notifications) will continue to be sent

as required to service your account.

We do not sell, rent, or share email addresses with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Website Privacy and Security

When you visit our website, we use encryption and secure protocols to protect your data. We use cookies to enhance your experience,

but these do not collect personal details unless you provide them.
